Delivery times for personalized items made by our printing partners may vary depending on the product and destination. Orders are processed and printed within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Can I customize a product?

How to wash the products?

Washes can be safely done in the washing machine by setting a temperature no higher than 30° and spinning at low speed.

It is essential to turn the T-shirt inside out, with the print facing inside out.

Do not dry clean.

Do not use bleach on printed areas.

Preferably no dryer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Customized products cannot be returned, except for printing defects or manufacturing errors.
If you have any problems, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For the Winter26 collection, returns are accepted within 14 days.
